OMG, I MADE IT!!!
Yesterday was my last day of chemo!
I made it through 6 cycles… just barely. 😂
But I’m so excited that the hard part is over!!!
I’ll be continuing with Herceptin and Perjeta for a year—or maybe indefinitely—and I’ll still have to go in every 3 weeks, but they said the side effects shouldn’t be as bad without the chemo drugs.
So crossing fingers! 🙏
I also have an upcoming lumpectomy/surgery, but I don’t know when yet because of everything going on in the world right now. I’ll be sure to send an update when I find out. 😉

It’s such a crazy and unbelievable time in the world right now. I’m used to being in isolation at this point, but I can’t imagine how it must be going for the rest of you.
